Glenn Rapp has over ten years of experience successfully recruiting executives for Fortune 500 companies, mid-market firms and start-ups. He specializes in Finance, Accounting, Tax, Internal Audit/SOX, SEC Reporting, Treasury, Revenue Recognition, Financial Systems and M&A/Corporate Development positions. Prior to starting his own firm, he worked at Xcel Group and K-Force. As a Senior Director at K-Force he reached the Corporate Gold level of performance during his first year of employment.
Before becoming a headhunter, Glenn had a successful career as an executive and entrepreneur in the healthcare industry. As a regional director at Columbia HCA he was responsible for day-to-day operations in Texas, South Carolina and Florida with over $250 million in annual revenue. This led to his participation as a principal in Triad Corporation, which successfully launched and sold three hospital projects in Kentucky and Texas.
Glenn was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky and holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Kentucky. He has lived in the Bay area for the past ten years and is an avid runner and biker.
